I take a myriad of medicine for my condition--it\'s like a fruit cocktail and I can\'t train the regular way so to speak. I use a dumbell a leg pressing machine my own little routine that I have made up--I\'ve put a lot of effort into it the last year--trying to get into better shape--my diet is not good. I dont eat bad foods but i eat to much pasta breads etc. What type of vegetarian type foods get you stronger for you pros out there?
