I'm reading today that the Yanks may make a move for Benitez...

The Yankees don't need him but, if you give us Nick Johnson... you can have him... I'll help him pack and drive him to the Bronx.

Actually, he's very good when he mixes up his fastball with splitters... the Mets are yet another team I'm a fan of that completely need to dismantle and rebuild. 122 million for garbage.

Havent you watched the way the Mets do things? They are the Knicks of MLB! You're not getting Nick Johnson. They'll probably want Ruben Sierra or something, then extend his contract!

Considering the source (NY Post), I'd take it with a grain of salt, but it says that the Yanks could look at Armando as a setup man for Mariano. That would work. Almost like the Mariano-Wetteland setup the Yanks used to have.

nah, I'm probably the least informed person on these two subjects. I only pay attention to the Mets when they're losing. My Knicks info I mostly get from the rag-tag bunch in here, which is probably all wrong anyway!
