According to ESPN reporter Chris Broussard, Zach Randolph wants out of New York. It was said that he yelled this out in front of Isiah Thomas and teammates in the lockerroom after his second half benching against the Raptors. "Please trade me from here" were his exact words. A trade was proposed to Milwaukee in which they denied. Chances of teams trading for Zach Randolph are said to be slim. So get used to Zach and Curry.

Most people predicted this...
funny, a lot of fans want him out too
source?
I think the fact that even he was wondering what the hell he was doing here might've led to something like this.
Is it possible that players yell "trade me!" to coaches, management, etc. all the time, in addition to stating the same to the papers frequently?
Perhaps what Randolph yelled in the heat of the moment isn't that big of a deal?
oohah
Z-Bo wasn't told of golden rule #1 for playing in New York: don't feed the media.
Didn't this happen before? I could have sworn I read something like this a few weeks ago. Too bad the chubby faced bastad has no value. Another gem of a trade by Lord Eyebrows.

maybe all of zach's little problems in portland were "heat of the moment" occurrences.
it was a huge mistake to bring this guy here. even before this single rumored outburst.
If Channing Frye and Eddy "the tumbler" Curry sac-up and balled zach would not be in NY.
Listen, I might be psycho but hey it's just a thought, theres one team I think is desperate enough to take Zach..
Denver could really use Zach with Nene being injured for who knows how long and they dont have a post scorer. Do you think they'd add Zach? Sure, the only people shooting the ball on that team would be Zach, AI, and Melo but they MIGHT be just desperate enough to make that trade to ensure they have a run in the playoffs.
Zach for JR Smith, Von Wafter, Stephen Hunter, Najera
Call me crazy, but I think the Nuggets are crazy enough to pursue it.
Zach for JWill and Dorrell Wright?

I proposed a similar trade before, throw in a top 5 protected first from miami and I say pull the trigger...

I think Miami would do it, they could use someone else to take the pressure of DWade and Shaq, especially with Zo out.
I would first try and get that pick from Miami but if they say no, I'd still pull the trigger. We need Zach outta here and he really doesnt have much value.

You guy seriously think Miami would do it after their problems with Smush Parker. Get real! Pat Riley has all but admitted every move he made this off-season was a mistake and that he's looking to get back the kind of players they once had when he took over coaching 2yrs ago. They want no part of Zach and Pat isn't trying to salvage their season either.
If RILEY can coach Antoine Walker, he can coach Z-bo. No?

I'd say so. I mean Ricky Davis has done fine there, Walker worked out for awhile, the only reason he failed there was becuase of his weight and Zach doesn't have weight-problems.
if zach wants out so bad, I guess he couldn't just opt out of the remainder of his contract.
I wonder what he's saying after the last 2 wins.
Grain of salt.
I think we could trade Zach to New Jersey and get a third team involved.

The point I'm making is Riley has finally come to the realization his risky acquisition aren't paying off like he thought they would. He's also starting to walk on pins and needles because he knows Wade remaining in Miami isn't a 100% lock. He's not looking to make matters any worse than he already has for the team and Wade.
Riley has made recent comments to get shooters(replace Kapono and Posey) around Wade and Shaq. And he also wants to keep his team under the Tax going into next yr.
