It seems as if Pittsburgh needs to increase their time of possession. I see nothing but Detroit on offense.

Detroit is really great at clogging up the neutral zone and not allowing the Penguins to set up anything in the offensive end. They need to start dumping and chasing but their forwards are so skilled that they aren't used to that style, they're used to making rushes and passing through the neutral zone.

3rd Overtime should be starting in 5 minutes.

I would have much rather seen Pitts win it all. It would have verified that the Rangers would have been much more promising next season. But this almost getting swept makes us look like crap. Man handled by Pitts, who is being man handled by Detroit. Not right man, not right.

Well Detroit would have destroyed anyone. They are the best team in hockey. No shame in losing to the best.

I still wished we lost to the best. We lost to a bunch of weaklings, is what my point was. We still have some work to do with this team or ours.

I don't know. I kind of think the Rangers peak is ECF at best. I don't want to say that but their team always comes up short in the playoffs. Lundquvist doesn't come up big in the playoffs either. At least not this year.

Good call. That high sticking penalty could cost Detroit the cup if Pittsburgh wins back at home to force a game 7.

Well both teams were absolutely exhausted after playing the equivalent of almost 2 full games, killing that penalty would have been a lot to ask for.

I'd love to see a game 7. Overtime in game 7 would be the best thing ever.
