This thing has already traded well pre market--I think it will open 5.20-5.40 this *might* go to 7+ today.

Yeah.. Briggs, what is your opinion on where this thing will go from here? I'm just curious - I've been since 3.61

Unless it skyjacks Im here for the long haul. Ive been in it for 20 months. I'm not selling IGOI or GSIT until I feel they fully mature or have hot a pinnacle[or close to it]

That;s good to know, just for myself, because I didn't think I should sell yet. Always good to have a little backing when you have thoughts like that.

Thanks Briggs.

Remember--if you feel you have hit your own personal $ target--take the money--meaning if you had a goal of 20% etc.. stick with your goal.

Thanks Briggs - you're right, it's always good to stick to your guns. I'm a newbie when it comes to trading and for me when you say something is worth buying, I scout it out and evaluate it and then make my decision. My problem is when I buy, I don't have an exit strategy haha. So I'll ride this for a while like I have already and see what happens.

It's going to be a monster. Just consider my first purchase was in the high 3's nearly two years ago and it tanked down to 2[actually lucky for me]. I accumulated for 1.5 years and have not sold a share and don't plan to any time soon. One thing people don't understand is when you make an investment--in my case this became my heaviest--I'm going to be very patient with it. Warren Buffet rarely sells stocks. I would say that atleast 1/2 the time I have ever bought a stock it traveled down before up and if you are in it for multi years--it's going to have pauses, down times high volume low volume--you can't look at the day to day emotionally--you can monitor but you set short and long term goals and continue to evaluate the reason why you invested--if everything is still on the same course etc... it's been a strategy that has worked for most people who make good money in the market. I do trade once in awhile but I'm mostly a long investor[or until my target has been hit:)]

it's sound advice briggs for sure. theres a reason you go in on a company - for the long haul for the most part. unless you really see it as a short-term pop, but that can be very dangerous.

BRIGGS @ 5/6/2010 7:04 PM
Absolute and utter blowout earning and guided double digits

On any financial metric this should be trading a 10-12 $ This is going to blow doors for the next 2 years.

BRIGGS @ 6/18/2010 4:05 PM
Just missed it s all time high on strong volume today--this puppy is going to be sitting in the teens[high] next year. Ive been in this things 2 years--sometimes you just have to be very patient

IGOI is showing some nice signs too.

This is 2+ years old. I was lucky that the stock tanked to 2.00--it gave me the chance to load up @ a very very cheap price. I do not know this for certain but I believe I am the largest non -employee/institutional investor in GSI Technologies. I have bought as low as 2 and as high as 5. I believe the company is worth 10-13 today as it stands but my longer term price target --with what I believe is coming down the pipe is 25-30$. If this happens I will have made a substantial gain. But what it shows you is the effect of patience in investing. This was not a trade for me--this was an investment and investments take time to pay off. It still is only dancing in the 6's but that is fine.

Big difference in a positional trade momentum trade day trade--and investment. Stocks can be like Chinese water torture--you have to accept the peaks and valleys of it.

Im looking for another double+ here in 2011. I would say a target of 15-18 next year and will get close on a buyout scenario.
