Anybody here into vehicles?

I personally don't drive......but I'm planning on buying a car probably in febuary.....I want a motorcycle also......

Post some of your favorite rides....rides you recommend....maybe some cars you own......some driving stories.....into customizing?

I peronally want an old 87' Monte Carlo or a 87' Buick regal.....I'm into old school cars or at least from this era...box like cars.

I know a girl in florida that had one and it's pretty quick......but she went souped it up and the shit was just crazy. Sounded/looked like a stealth bomber when she got done with it.....

My brother bought a new car and it was just sitting in the driveway, so I bought it for my commute to work. He went all fast and furious with it. I got a kid so I can't be driving like a maniac so I'm trying to get rid of it. Sound systems nice, but to be honest I wouldn't sell it to a friend. Like the girl you know, the thing makes way too much noise. Man, I'm getting old

Very reliable. Quiet as a mouse. Great muffler. Automatic transmission!!!

This is a 87 monte carlo.....the buick regal looks exactly the same. There's a cadillac that looks similiar also but I can't figure out the model's name.

This ride has some potential....depending on what's going on inside. I would love one of these so I can get it detailed to the way I want it.

A motorcycle is not a good idea. I know too many people that have gotten hurt on a bike. It's not even that safe to have a car on the road somethings. Imagine a bike in NYC? You can hit a pothole and you could be screwed for months or worse.

I would go with getting a car.

that all depends on ur budget broham... i'm looking into getting the new A4 by next year... that joint looks pretty tight & i've always had a thing for Audi's.

right now i'm still driving that srt4 rice rocket of mine... pretty quick but the drawback is i get all these caca's trying to race me everywhere i go, even when i don't even want to... they just hear my exhaust go off & think i'm trying to race their azzes... i used to be into import tuning back in the day w/a 2nd gen Eclipse but my Dodge is stock... but because it's loud outta the box i still get hassled by the cops cuz it sounds like it's got an aftermarket exhaust

i wanna get a bike too but i ain't got no health insurance right now so that's definitely not happenin'... if i could get one i'd get this bad azz sumbiznotch:

Dude, you gotta get health insurance. One of my buddies didn't have it for 4 days and was standing on the side of the road talking to this girl. Got whacked in the eye with a foul ball at a local game. Three surgeries later and he's going to be in debt for the rest of his life.

i got a 1988 chevy celebrity for free back in 2003. it was a great ride and it was re-dubbed the "su-lebrity". in 2006, it was stolen. YES, the 1988 chevy celebrity was stolen. broke my heart.

eny - if you want a car cheap, look on craigslist. i got my last 2 cars there for real cheap: $1000 and $900 respectively. last me a good while also. but if you see an ad with alot of CAPS and generic wording, it's a car dealer or a guy looking to flip cars. look at ads written by people that know alot about the car and have had it for a while....

As far as a motor cycle I don't really want a street racer.....but yo TMS that bike is sweet!

Hey Big C.......I have a friend of mine that used to pop wheely's on his dirt bike with one foot on the bike for blocks and blocks.....one day he tried to avoid a crash and went airborne and tried to save his bike by trying to hold on the bike while he held on to a pole.....it was crazy, but the dude now has nerve damage on the right side of his body. His right arm looks like a shrivled up string bean.....I know the dangers but I'm just cruising and plus I just wanna learn how to ride just in case I was in a situation where all that's available was a motorcycle.

Old School's the way to do it broham... i like those cruisers too... everytime i see American Chopper on TV i have to watch it... nothing like the roar of those Harley V-twin engines.
