You might want to take care of the herniation quickly. There are cases where Circualtion to the herniated intestine is cut off due to constriction of the muscle around the intestine resulting in infection. That is usully due to negligence of people. I have seen many cases of herniation abdominal and scrotal. If it is severe herniation best to get it checked out ASAP even if it isn't just get it checked out.

Chances are if you are in a public restroom in the city and it seriously stanks, you probably just missed Eny.
Had an inguinal hernia three years ago. Had to have surgery where they installed this mesh to cover the small tear. Missed work for a week. You can wait to have the surgery but you shouldn't do anything to aggravate it.
