Isn't that the kind of thing that should lead to hospitalization? It seems like that could do some pretty serious damage to your kidneys.

Who is murphy?
arkrud @ 12/24/2008 11:08 AM
Can Eddy and Jerome (and also malik and Q) be infected with this?
Actually first two guys will need double or thiple rounds.

I had a virus the end of August that made me drop 15 pounds. It probably was because I couldn't eat anything for 3 days though.

Either you eat 15 pounds every three days or you must have been losing a lot of food too!

Here are some hints: He was drafted the same year as a large player on the Knicks who has not yet played this year, The year he was drafted the Knicks did not have a pick, they had taken Donnel Harvey the previous year, He went to Notre Dame, his first name is Troy.
kam77 @ 12/24/2008 2:30 PM
Troy Percival?
GKFv2 @ 12/24/2008 2:35 PM
So...who really is it?
CrushAlot @ 12/24/2008 2:51 PM
He never played for the Braves but I believe he did assault his girlfriend.
CrushAlot @ 12/24/2008 3:06 PM
He went to the same college as Monty Williams.

Well instead of playing riddles I just googled it. I did not know why this story was worthy of a thread though.
Troy Murphy showed up at Conseco Fieldhouse on Tuesday ready to take part in his team's morning shootaround.

Indiana Pacers coach Jim O'Brien told him to go back home. In fact, O'Brien told him not to show up for practice today, either.

The next time O'Brien wants to see Murphy is at the airport Christmas night for their flight to Memphis for Friday's game against the Grizzlies.

An ongoing viral infection kept Murphy out of the lineup for the fourth consecutive game.

"He's lost a bunch of weight, over 20 pounds since he's been ill," O'Brien said.

Forward Danny Granger returned to the lineup after missing the previous two games with the same viral infection. He said he lost about seven pounds.

The third player with the illness, Marquis Daniels, also returned. He dressed for the game but did not play.

I'd post a Nalod-style picture but it would probably be removed if you get my drift...... ;-)

I thought you were joking when you said you didn't know who it was.

SUCKS for Troy because I remember how hard he worked in the off-season between his first and second year to gain a bunch of muscle. It has got to be frustrating.

And that 7'0" Russian boxer, that just defeated Hollyfield, his Wiki says that he eats 3 kg of meat every day. He once, supposedly, wrestled and killed a wild boar with his bare hands outside of St. Petersburg. You think one of our seven footers could do that? Not a chance. That's why we're weak.
