Off Topic · Anybody know of a good Computer Forum? (page 1)

Not a tech support forum, but like a tech talk forum. Basically something to satisfy my inner geek.
I'm about to move towards a degree in computer engineering. Thanks

slashdot.org, that's where all us computer geniuses hang out.

Yeah, yeah egghead, that's where we computer savants go as well.

tried slashdot, thanks for that Marty mar. Lots of useful info there, but what else. Like what are some sights you frequent? I didn't see a forum on slashdot either.
I'm trying to get plugged into a geek/nerd community that I will be able to learn from.

What kinds of geeks do you seek?

Linux Geeks?
VB Geeks?
C# Geeks?
C++ Geeks?
Java Geeks?
PHP Geeks?
Perl Geeks?
Python Geeks?
Hardware Geeks?
Overclockers?

I don't know if Geeks shoot the bull like we do here. When I'm coding and being a geek, I come here for relief, not some Geek Forum. It's good to have a place to ask a question when you're struggling with a problem though. I usually just google the problem and find a place where the question has already been answered.

Maybe like Martin & Andrew need to start a new site - UltimateGeeks.com
