This is a James Brown rip off but it works for the song.
This is an absolute classic! The hook from this song has been used everywhere Issac Hayes was a pioneer for Soul Music.
If anyone is ever doing acid one night you could always check out some of the beats Bjork uses in her music
She's not everyone's cup of tea but I still really like her music. And I find her to be incredibly innovative and creative.

A previous girlfriend was very into Bjork. After some amount of alcohol, Bjork isn't so bad to go to sleep listening to.
I think in general, my music tastes may be slightly different.

Smart women with great musical tastes lol. Bjork is definitely not the usual cookie cutter pop artist (I don't know if I would even call her a pop artist) and you need an open mind when listening to her music. I play some of her music for my friends and they either look at me like im nuts or they really like it.
Have you ever listened to Massive Attack and Portishead?

Portishead, yes. That's another one that the ex introduced me to... and another that I liked better when liquored up. Either one of them are actually kinda relaxing. I actually listen to a good quantity of female singers.
Lately I've been more into some of European (mostly symphonic) metal groups: Nightwish, Within Temptation, Lacuna Coil, Epica, Leaves Eyes, After Forever, etc... All of them are relaxing and have the interesting format of having an all male band except for a female lead singer with an amazing voice. On the flipside, I've also been listening to crazy screaming women singing that drive my girlfriend nuts... so it's all good.

man, you guys are bringing up some memories. run dmc and public enemy had some bangers. beastie boys "paul revere" and "hold it now, hit it" were classic beats also.
