Off Topic · Your 'go to' move in rec ball (page 1)

Being as I'm 5'10 and white, dunking is not even remotely an option. When I need a bucket I get into the lane.

i usually stop by the KFC drive thru & grab me a family bucket.

but if you're talking about on the court, i go right & stop & pop for a midrange J on the baseline, cuz i can't go left to save my life.

You can replace 'slam dunk' in the first option with 'STRONG LAYUP!'.

Turnaround jumper. I'm 6'4" 200 and grew up watching Ewing... what do you expect. Any way, I'm big enough to post, but not big enough to gain separation by backing some beast down. Not saying I do it well, but just attempting the shot tends to get the guards collapse and I can hit the open man.

McHale's move. In the high post facing the basket, McHale had this move where he'd take one foot, drag it across his body, and plant it so his leg blocks his opponent's hip. Great way to get to the basket or force the open to cheat, which sets up my dribble which is at best average.

I have no idea what to call this, but if I get into a groove with a guard, he'll drive east/west, I'll curl behind him the opposite direction, jab step and pull the trigger.

We are saturating the market with this send closk stuff. I am going to take a short send closkus from using the phrase send closk

Yes, but if you had one move, which one do you use. I'm confident with a few, but on game point I'm going left for the pullup. What are you doing my friend. No hemming and hawing MJ. You got one move, what is it?
