Hey, Finest is a good dude and that's what I been saying all along - when people disagree with each other on this site (or any forum for that matter) things tend to head south pretty fast, so it's par for the course. He manned up. He hung his ass out. Oohah would be quite proud.

Briggs, I hope you don't just stick to the OT section. I've disagreed with you before about players and direction, but really you bring alot to the table and your eye for talent would be missed (even though we don't want to hear about Bynum over and over anymore ) because in the end you bring up good discussion about players day in and day out.

I'm glad you guys were able to be civil though.. that doesn't happen to often here.

This is the biggest kiss asse post in the history of kiss asse posts. Consider yourself banned!!!!!!!!!

Iphone number 1 selling X-mas product already. The most money spent[by far] will be portable devices that need to be recharged on the go.

With Igo's new line up and pending patents--this is going to be a needed commodity for quite a long time. Wherever you go--on a trip/plain/ train/vacation/ I mean think about it--with the number of portable devices to jump by 10,000% in the next 10 years---you will need something other than a wall outlet[although Igo has those that actually shuts off the machines saving people 200-300$ on used electricity when it doesnt need to be wasted. You will need devices to be able to *charge anywhere*
http://www.igo.com/Mobile-Device-Charger...

This is the right product at the right time and they are starting to penetrate everywhere Wallmart Best Buy Office Max--in a year a lot of people will know Igo

When I first recommend the stock it was .54--now it's trading 1.45 and I have increased my holding in the company to 257,000K shares. Another smart prominent poster on these boards has another 60k as well as my brother. This thing has done 1-13 before but I think over the next 2-3 years you are going to see 1-25/35--the risk/reward here is very very compelling--you can make a TON of cash. Forget blwoing your money at a casino or where ever else money is wasted and INVEST in a company that is going to go places and make a lot of money for people who are smart enough to get on.

Go get 5-10-20k shares--what you can afford comfortably to invest buy and HOLD this stock for the next 18 months and you will have a nice small fortune on your hands. I wouldnt say it if I didnt believe it and I have been doing this for 20 years.

Just look at the volume in the stock over the last 5 weeks--go back and look at the history of the chart--it's where and when you buy it. If you want to make 10-20-30X a dollar invested--IGOI. Hope a few catch on before it really moves.

Briggs I don't know if you took Nolads question the wrong way, but I think he was just wondering if you still felt positive about the company.

Briggy, If you recall I do this for a living and I have followed some of your picks as its interesting and have dabbled a bit here and there.

So the question is really of "are you still holding Aria or not?" Usually you are informative as to when your in and when your bailing out.

Its not the stock that is so bothersome as much as your short response to my question. If anything I have supported your position of accountabilty.

Nothing other than a stock price has changed. Did a stop loss decrease my holdings in the stock--yes. Do I still hold some--yes. Could I reestablish more inventory again--I could. Now the reason why I was short with him is because he doesn't need me to answer a question that is quite public--there is no information on the stock in the last month that changed any perception of the company. Do I use a strategic trading policy---with most stocks--not all. For instance I have a LOT of GSIT and I have gone through the ups and downs with the stock and I haven't sold one share and bought significantly more because I really like it long term. ARIA is way to speculative to be in love with it--if I get stopped out I get stopped out. That doesnt change my belief that it will one day be much higher OR does it change the possibility that I may re-acquire the shares at a different $ range.

Let me also answer like this--I consider Yahoo and Google two core stocks for me--Do I own them every day of the year--no--in fact I have been in and out of them--especially yahoo several times. Does it change my belief in either company--no[and I dont compare these types of stocks to highly speculative one's] I am an investor AND a trader and unless I own 257K or 128K shares of a company--I consider anything liquid to move for a buck at anytime. Understand?

Grumpapotamus,

Be slaming those keys with your stock diciplines talk!!!!!

Dude, I put a stop on 40% of holding at 2. Looked technical at that level.

So Im still holding most of what I got at $1.82 I usually put in a 20% stop.

Im not excited either way.

Nalod, since you and Briggs are both investment professionals, and I consider myself a novice, I would appreciate what your views are on how you invest? your strategy, etc.

Back to IGOI ---
They just signed a deal with Staples, Canada to sell their products. This past few weeks they also signed deals with Best Buy to stock their products in the Best Buy kiosks; and also with Office Max. They have also rolled out their new product line. All this right before the start of the BIG buying season - Thanksgiving to Christmas. So it looks like management is making the right marketing moves and sales should dramatically increase. I bought some additional shares when the price dropped to $1.27 a little while ago.

My question is: why hasn't the stock taken off with these announcements. It was up to $1.46 and has fallen to the low $1.30s - to rise yesterday $.03 to $1.39.
I am curious about how the bigger guys think and what moves the price as I thought these announcements were strong reasons for the price to jump.

If you watch the stock over the long term, it bounces up, retreats a little, then inches its way up again - as with most stocks. It is never a straight climb but IGOI has been a great performer so far since BRIGGS first recommended it.

As to why it hasnt popped yet - there hasnt really been earnings or an announcement that would drive investors to buy like crazy but over the long term this thing appears to have solid fundamentals. I especially like their cash position and lack of debt. Last night I was in the airport and saw some iGO products and they look pretty awesome. I also have a co-worker who uses their stuff. Just sit tight with this one.

This is my largest holding in a very long time --right now tied with GSIT for $$$ invested. I have 257k shares now. Has there been heavy manipulation on the stock--YES no doubt about it--but sometimes you just have to deal with it. This thing is going to go much higher--I have no date time etc.. but I am hoping we see 15-20 in a couple of years. I have talked with CEO Heil three times--I have bought 300$ worth of their stuff--I have done a huge due diligence here and I am sincerely and ferociously confident. I am also VERY VERY confident in GSIT. I have taken an all in approach on these two stocks with 6 figure totals in each in terms of shares and this is where my concentration lies. While these still lie in the speuclative area of stocks they are both in fantastic cash positions with no debt--to me these are both 5 star investments. Obviously I bought huge chunks of Igo down in the 50+60 range but I have added a fairly large supply over 1.00 as well. My goal is to make 7 figure hits on both.

Well, I'm in with a lot on this for my meager investments. And I'll hold'em. I am up 80% now so thanks Briggs.

ARIA got a nice upgrade from JPMorgan yesterday and looks like it has some legs right now
jimimou @ 11/10/2009 1:35 PM
trader buddy of mine told me this morning that their analysts are picking IGOI to get to about 2.50 or so. from 1.39 it was at this morning, seems like it can almost double from there if these guys are right. penny stocks however are tricky & volatile, so seems like you almost have to guess when's right for you to get out.
