Perhaps there should be a "Purgatory Forum" where only the banned can post, and the UK gods can judge whether or not they should be allowed back based on their good "words" in this forum.

he's a good human. what's easy to look past in a person of gkf's character is his underlying commitment to honesty. one doesn't offend others by being a liar.
Greek's a good guy. But like any other Greek I've ever met their passion seems to get the best of them. He gets way too nasty for no good reason. It happens. I have no hard feelings towards the guy. Didn't like how he replied to me time and again all the same but that was just him. I was close to using Bip's awesome ignore feature on him though. But I don't like to do that. What are you going to do. We think these places are public places but they're only open to those who will abide by the owner's rules. When things go too far it's just time for a timeout. Be it temporary or permanent. Not my place to say. This is a very lenient and fair place though. Far better than other places I have posted and been pushed out because my posting didn't meet the criteria of those who ran the place.
I actually like the littel guy and hope he can get back on Martin's good side

Much like Islesfan, I liked GKF. Now I know I saw something the other day between him and Martin and I can only assume that is what lead to this - no one to blame but himself because he did go to far. Hopefully he apologizes and takes a little break and can join us back on here.

uh they usually do respond to why.
all i know is it usually takes a lot to get banned from these forums from what i've seen

Andrew and Martin do a great job here and they give a great deal of latitude--let's be honest. They have kept these boards very good for ten years and if they feel like something like this is appropriate--I don't think anyone should question it. Maybe this will benefit the young man in terms of respect for others.
