I got the 06 RL.. and it's so not for the snow..had it for 2 years now, and as nice as it looks it's terrible in snow.

I here you TMS, it's the worse I've seen down here in a while, and Im down here a lot.

TMS @ 12/19/2009 6:27 PM
i was down here during the blizzard of '97 & aside from the wind, the snowfall amount seems worse now... it's still coming down too, i think it'll be past 2.5 feet by the morning.
jazz74 @ 12/19/2009 8:49 PM
yeah, i am in north carolina now for a funeral and set to return tomorrow. this is going to be fun driving up I95, especially around dc to get to dirty jersey.
NYKBocker @ 12/19/2009 8:51 PM
I am in upstate ny, Dutchess County, and we are still waiting for the white stuff. Some flurries coming down now, they say it will be 2-3 inches an hour.
orangeblobman @ 12/19/2009 8:59 PM
two things. 1. it was the blizzard of 96, not 97, mr. tms. and 2. man, it's all snowing outside, they say 12-18 here by the time it's over. and #3-- any care is good in the snow, it all depends on the driver. i am a master at driving.

i hate shoveling.

I am in central NJ. I have 17" of snow. It has snowed 6.5" in the past hour and a half and is not letting up. Yeah, this is epic.

In the middle is a bird bath. It's 16" high at the base. It's barely visible.

This spot was clear at 715PM. I took this image at 9PM.

ROFL!!!!

Oh, and, the storm is stalled, and it's just dumping 3-4 inches on me per hour. I'm going to have two feet by midnight. I'm down in central NJ near the shore.

knicks1248 @ 12/19/2009 9:25 PM
Was outside a minute ago and the snow was clearly pass my knees and im 6 1". and it's stiiill falling

Awesome isn't it?

Oh well, another hour, another three inches for me. LOL!!!!

From 630AM to 700PM I got 9"
From 7PM to 10PM I got an additional 9.5"

And it's not done by any means.

tkf @ 12/20/2009 1:34 AM
I do miss the snow sometimes.. I remember growing up in the bronx, going outside after that snow falls and getting into snowball fights.. here in georgia, when it snows, everything shuts down.. state of emergency... LOL
orangeblobman @ 12/20/2009 5:08 AM
It's 5 am and just looking outside I don't think we have a foot.
orangeblobman @ 12/20/2009 2:33 PM
Is not so bad now. i shovel for maybe 2 hour this morning, and now the sun, the sun is beating down, melting the snow. Is good.
Cosmic @ 12/20/2009 2:36 PM
