Off Topic · Paq-man refusing to take blood tests for roids for the Mayweather fight (page 2)

i don't much care for Mayweather too & i hope Paqman kicks his ass, but i don't blame Mayweather for being suspicious or see the harm in giving a blood sample to be tested... i mean how much blood are we talking about here? is he gonna be donating for the Red Cross blood drive? i've donated blood before, some food & rest & i was good as new... i'm not training for no fight obviously but wouldn't just giving a vial of blood be enough to conduct a test? i'm not sure what it takes to conduct a blood test so someone enlighten me if i'm off on this.

i hear that in order to get a good test specimen, they need to actually cut an artery.

we need a scholar to educate us on this....blob, can you confirm this?

I'm not familiar with boxing rules. How far does he have to pee to pass the test?

at a boy! see you found other threads to post to....club 10k watch out, here comes jones...

on a serious note (just for a sec i promise) - apparently they are talking about blood tests - they will both be subjected to blood tests not pee tests and the major issue is that mayweather wants them randomply and right before the fight whereas paq wants to stick to the traditional scheduled one pre fight and then the normal scheduled one after the fight is over.... its all nonsense if you ask me.

Manny now talking about suing Mayweather's camp for defamation

Also exploring alternative fights

There it is. Pacman does not want blood taken from him before his fight. He will still have the urine test before the fight and after the fight and will have the bloodtest after the fight. He can submit to a bloodtest 5 days before the fight and not any later. Mayweather is scared shitless and wants none of Pacquio.

really dude? REALLY?

Apparently it doesn't have much to do with superstitions... Truly random testing means the test can be conducted at anytime. Pac doesn't want to be woken up in the middle of the night. He also doesn't want to be interrupted from his prefight routine in the few days leading up to the fight. All of which are logical--seems Mayweather's camp is warring a PR campaign

Then Mayweather is evil in this case. But Pac can squash all troubles by saying "here, here is my blood". Just provide a certificate and it squashes the opposition.

He's sticking to his guns over the terms and conditions, which is jsut good business. In my opinion, he already has quashed this by agreeing to a blood test immediately after the fight.
