We used to worry about "big brother watching" and losing our rights to privacy but in many cases such recordings demonstrate abuse and bring out the truth. Technology works both ways.

Not to obsolve any guilt but I wonder what can a studant say to armored police and those on horses to warrant such a reaction? Unless the kid was pulling out a weapon would any any response like that be justified.

What did the kid say? Im just curious.

Even if the kid said something to the mounted policemen, the officers on foot were the ones that rushed and pummeled the kid. They couldn't have heard what he said. That is just wrong. That kid is going to get paid.

Maryland cops are dumb as rocks.

I don't think we realize how much of this stuff goes on without the cameras rolling.

I'll tell you what, I was looking to join the force and am still considering it. The cities and counties know this is a problem. And I noticed it in pay. You get a few extra grand for a degree. A couple more for an advanced degree. Only eligible for a promotion if you hit the status of a Peacetime Officer. The problem is that most college grads don't want to write parking tickets and/or get treated like shit by the greater community. So, the dregs of society are cops. The ones that get off on having a gun and a badge

I hear you, no doubt, but What the hell did he say to even evoke such a response.

That is embarrassing!
