Off Topic · Hey help! need some Fantasy MLB help/advice one of my 2 teams. (page 1)

I got hitters whom all slump together OR get hot together. For example Cory Hart, Ludwick Or P.Konerko. Same for Bautista of Toronto Bluejays

When I need a guy whom hits with avg and steals bases like Jackson of Tigers he dont give me too
many Fantasy points. My Pitching aint bad but aint consistent. Got Mariano and Paplebon both up
and down.

Problem in our league not too many good available guys left (FAs)
I am not too bad I was in 3rd place but dropped to 6 in 12 team league.

What is good stategy ? is it to go after good. avg hitters OR high on-base pct. guys ?
Homerun guys or RBI guys ?

I got good mixture of players with runs and power but feel team should perform better.

depends on your scoring system. what type of league is it? e.g. roto, head to head, points based, category based, etc...

we do a head to head in the public league I am in.

In other league I run its rotissiere league points based.
I got guys like Heyward, Longoria, Votto, Fielder, Pedrodia
Jason Werth.

Still nearly 20-30 pts behind the leader.
Pitching is good too. I am losing out in Avg. and OBP, saves and era is high for my guys
starting pitchers

I am more worried about the head to head league though I hold my own since I dont have a A-Rod
a Roy Holiday ..ect

Baustista and Cory Hart, Konerko in head to head league are most pwr hitters I got now.
Ludwick is up and down but a better avg. hitter than rest of sluggers
