Just beware the short battery life. 1.5 hours means you won't be watching too many movies on the go.
I also wonder about image quality, if you're resizing what was optimized for a 3" screen to a 70" screen.
Has anyone tried this out yet and can comment on picture quality?

The video you are projecting would be the based quality of the flip, so HD in most cases if not all. I don't think the 3" screen has anything to do with it. Just like digital cameras, the photo quality is not optimized for the small viewfinder displays.
Oh I misunderstood what this was.. I thought it could work for any video format on any device. This is just for FLIPs.
