This will be determined by genetic testing but regardless of the obvious if Nash does not contest paternity he would pay child support. Don't deny paternity for long enough and he would be hard pressed not to pay it.
He may still wind up paying alimony regardless.

Nash could sue Richardson for alienation of affection. Its one thing to argue taking another mans women and the mother of his kids but you leave your gentetic fingerprint is another.
