Just need a dynamic scorer in the backcourt who can create his own shot. I'd love to get Barea. I wonder if Barea would agree to the $2.5M for 3yrs? Seems a little low for him... but maybe?
Make that 180lbs.
Also, don't expect Barea to sign that low. He knows its his time to cash in big time.

Jeffries may be 6'11 but he is a weakling. He plays like a woman.

according to most places we only have the "room" exception of $2.5M/yr for 3yrs
but larry coon said on twitter he thought knicks should have MLE. but i don't think he knew all the details. so i'm guessing, no we don't have the full MLE. but it'd be great if we did.

Amnesty a player = No MLE
Not in love with the guards. Would like Fields, Iman, Douglas to come off the bench at the 3-1.
We got to find 2 amnesty vets to plug in that back court.
I think the phrase "officially" needs to fully understood for some on here.

He plays all of the badly.
i think public opinion of jeffries will change when he isn't masquerading around as a Center. guy weighsl ike 180 pounds and we had him at 5 last year, it was ridiculous. i think he'll be the 3/4 backup and probably first or second guy off the bench.
hopefully they re-sign shawne williams. he's a good 3/4 backup as well.
Center or not, he cant make layups. My opinion will probably never change.
Alan Hahn tweeted that Shawne is close to re-signing
