Mark is one of my favorite Knick players of all time. He has tremendous character and always gave back to the community without receiving a lot of recoginition for it. I wish him a ton of success and hope that some day he ends up back with the Knicks. I want the Knicks to win on Wednesday but he has his team playing tough.

I would have went with "all the stops" instead of just "get the stops"...

Nah that doesn't really work, "all" throws the syllabic count off and prevents it from being Iambic Pentameter Plus we know that in the modern NBA it is virtually impossible to get "all" the stops so I want our defense to get "the stops" when it counts like Melo aka the former sieve but new shutdown king did here against that B*^%$ A$$ wanna-be thug, Mr. "I choked the game away & then I choked Walker too" Garnett

This is going to be an interesting game. Melo has to go out of his zone and guard the shot with Wright. 2 PGs with speed in Monta and Curry. David Lee vs Amare.

Well I am sorry. I am not Shakespeare like you! It just sounded better to my ears, but maybe they are funny ears.

I'm happy for Mark Jackson, but his new team is going to have to take another loss this time. It's time for our Knicks to kick butts and take names this year.
Jeremy Lin can also take it to his old team that waived him.

These were the types of games that got us in trouble in recent years.
Our only way to win was to outscore a team that tries to outscore its opponents as well, because of D'antoni's lack of defensive priority.
I'm glad Tyson is here to change that style of basketball.

It wasn't a lack of priority! As you actually pointed out, it's the presence of TYSON that makes the difference. When has Mike had a Center like Tyson in his history in the NBA? Yeah that's right NEVER! Now the big issue isn't Tyson, but our weakness in the Backcourt. No Iman and just TD and Bibby could be a problem trying to slow down Ellis and Curry. That's what concerns me most about this game. How do we slow these guys down?

I don't think you do. Mike will let them get theirs and we will be in a Wild West shootout for 140 points.

Probably wont happen, but this could be a redemption game for Lin. Lin vs curry (old teammates) Amare vs Lee (traded for eachother) JJ vs Kwame brown (Worst big guys of each conference)

After watching GS in their first two games (thank you FREE NBA League Pass-LOVE IT!), I have this to offer: GS can kill you from downtown and Monta Ellis can get into the lane quite well. We have to limit their second chances by protecting the rim and not allowing too many offensive rebounds (Amare's boxing out on Brandon Bass last game was deplorable). That being said, I'd pull a switcheroo at some point and try having Tyson guard the active and mobile DLee (in the hopes of keeping him off the glass) and take my chances with Amare guarding Andris Biedrins. Kapeesh?
