TEam looked flat tonight. Shump had some growing pains, but thats no reason to yank him out of the starting lineup. Hope Melo isnt hurting too much and we start a new streak soon.

You have nothing to lose at this point.

Gotta agree with you

Jordan plays D and shows some O'ffense flash, isnt a chucker at Center position
Harrelson can add D and few points.

This squad starters and bench is using 76ers win last night as excuse to take night off.
Also add "Melo" injury out as another excuse cause Knicks wont have him vs. THUNDER in 2 days

NO WAY Knicks beating OKC without Melo
if Amare was out & Melo 'in' Knicks have a chance.

Don't know whats going on with Amare, he sometimes seems to be in his own world despite the stats

Mayo is killing us!
crzymdups @ 1/12/2012 10:26 PM
toney hitting a few shots. again, only bright spot of this game is gonna be if toney, landry and walker can find some shooting rhythm and confidence.
misterearl @ 1/12/2012 10:26 PM
If the knicks continue to play selfish ball OKC will be ugly.

i predict it will be ugly. not much practice time and baron davis is not walking thru that door (yet)

Just stopped in to say, TD needs to stop screening himself. WTF is that all about?
DJMUSIC @ 1/12/2012 10:27 PM
DAMN
this kind of Loss gives "Jerk-a-roo" Charles Barkley
good TV material to dump further on the knicks in his criticism

Just put any NY team on National TV its either a blowout(loss)
or a squaker win if Knicks are fortunate.

Need to keep Knicks off TNT and ESPN like they used to before Melo joined.
Knicks had better chance if this was a MSG-TV game

misterearl @ 1/12/2012 10:27 PM
12 assists and 17 turnovers. That should be a strong signal to everyone. Coaches included.

Believe it or not, this garbage time is important for TD's and Fields confidence. Need them to hit a couple shots so it can continue next game in case Melo's out.

They barely beat the Bobcats and Wizards and didn't look good against a tired team last night.

i disagree with this line of reasoning. you can say the wins were meaningless because they were against lesser teams and then when they beat the sixers, make an excuse for that.

you can see they came out terrible from the start on this one.

The Bench guys can use this kind of run to get some confidence.

Think OJ Mayo is advertising showcasing for Knicks,

Knicks need a bench. I'd give up Toney Douglass & few players to match contracts to get
some punch like Mayo can add. Word on street Mayo is available & a FA this yr, he's coming
off bench and Grizzlies loaded with Guards.

I thought the Knicks played well against the Sixers but the Sixers almost won and it was their third game in three nights and the Knicks were home.
Michael6835 @ 1/12/2012 10:30 PM
most positive thing i saw during this game..... was baron davis getting in practice time.
gunsnewing @ 1/12/2012 10:31 PM
Antoni is a turrible coach
misterearl @ 1/12/2012 10:31 PM
Amare 1-7

Saying that barely beating a team that had played 3 games in 3 nights is nothing to be proud about. Imagine if the sixers played us after we had played those games instead of them? What a slaughter it would have been...
