How about we stop being so flippin' impatient and build around the core we have....The core is here, we just need more depth....Patience people....
Two ball stoppers. One of which is on the decline fast.
Show me a 25+ per game scorer, I'll show you a ball stopper. Speaking of, here is a short list of Ball Stoppers:
Kobe
Jordan
Bernard King
Ewing
Lebron
Wade
Durant
Barkley
Dantley
Kareem
Just to name of few....With the exception of King, Dantley and Durant, every single ball stopper on that list has been to the finals while the others came away with rings. You can win with ball stoppers, just need the right mix around them. These so-called ball stoppers have been together for 4 months. How about you give management a little more time to get the pieces in place, hence why I said Patience.....
lets face it the heat have stars that play great on both sides of the ball and make other guys better. our two starters are known to be great offensive players and thats about it. Even now they are not doing what they are suppose to do so thats why we suck right now. Yes their defense is horrible but their offense should at least help us win some games but that isnt happening

Excellent post Uptown.
You know what else I noticed about your list?
They all played average to great defense, and none of them were affiliated with Mike Dantoni.
