A family death could go either way. Amar'e might choose an extended leave or he could come back because that's what his brother would probably want him to do.

I understand his brother was a big influence in his life and kept him focused on his hoops game and out of trouble, so I do not see a better way to honor his brother's memory than by coming back and dropping 40 points in his honor.

but isn't this notion a little bit pre-mature ?
I know this is the lame Washington Wizard team however

Knicks are banged up missing alot of players and their bench like Walker,Douglass hasnt exactly took advantage of any
BENCH minutes with their lack of production

Besides we know the NY Knicks play down to an opponent's level even the Weak Wizards whom will show up at least..
Knicks played 2 games well with Asian sensation Lin but I'll have to wait and see if we can destroy Wizards

DJMUSIC, I personally guarantee victory.

In an earlier thread I guaranteed Lin would average 8 assists per game, at least, the rest of the way, and so far I'm right on the money.

I just want you guys to remember and don't forget that Lin met Wall in summer league and played him tough...same skills you see now. He was more under control then than wall...I'd say he's s till more under control than Wall

He took it to Milsap and Jefferson all day. McGee is no trouble for the ferocious Lin.

Follow this link to my photos of the knicks wizards game last time they visited DC. I got one where Lin looks kinda lost (pre-linsanity) and another of melo in his point forward mode. I am going again. Look for the skinny girl with the big camera in section 110. lol

McGee was in that SL game and it did not deter Lin from attacking the basket.
