I live in Manhattan and have RCN. My MSGHD channel definitely does not look like HD; if you flash back b/w ESPN and MSG or another HD channel the other HD channel is always a lot clearer. is it the same for anyone else?
Also, the it seems like the camera angle is too narrow. when lin has the ball near midcourt, the camera always centers itself on the basket, and a lot of times you can't see the ballhandler until he gets closer to the 3 point line.
does this happen to anyone else or is it just me? the non-HD stuff pisses me off b/c I just bought an HD tv and now its like the same quality, but beyond that, not being able to see the whole play is ludicrous.
what gives? any ideas. does jeremy lin repair TVs?
I have FIOS. What I have noticed is that HD for home games is much better than away games in MSG network. MSG Network HD for both Home and Away games is not as clear as ESPN or TNT. At least that is what I noticed.

That's actual MSGLMD - MSG Low-Medium-Def. At least you get the games. If you don't have cable (or FIOS) you have to go to a sports bar and hang out with a bunch of drunks.
I have TWC in Brooklyn - until recently we had NoDEF MSG which was killer.
