Gerald Green was drafted in 2005, he's been playing in the NBA and NBDL for 7 years and is only now playing well. I'm not saying we should wait seven years for Landry to develop, but could we wait a bit longer than less than 2?

right

but then again anytime you have a chance to replace a starter with a member of the Nets bench who puts up big numbers against the Cavs bench, you obviously have to do it

Yes, Fields must be Asian, cuz you know, all Asians look alike...

Is Landry worth 2.5 mil? If he ever fixed his jumper and didn't cringe in the face of contact he would be a legit starter.

Greens 2 years older than Landry....his jumper and confidence aren't broken. He is not afraid of contact and has a natural ability to score.

Landry is a nice guy.....oh and he's friend with Lin.

I'm just saying...neither Lin or Green is really worth 2.5 mil....line them up and I'd pick Gerald Green.

Thank god you dont run the Knicks. picking gerald Green over lin who saved our season wow

Whatever dude I meant Landry....simple typo

I have problems with giving anything to anything having to do with the Nets.

Think Chris Childs syndrome. They bring their stupid third rate cooties with them.

Only the Yankees have managed to break the cross the bridge hex of taking things from third world franchise and having happy endings.

Please, no "we need Kris Humphries" threads...

I wouldn't mind having Kris Humphries on the cheap. But I don't watch television so maybe that's the problem.

I think Green could be a good option if JR leaves.
