Does anyone here have exposures to Law specific to Estate planning for Elderly ?
or Elder law

When one chooses NJ/NY attourney ( I'm nj person)
for doing estates plan for seniors, Which is best regular attourney? elderlaw attourney ? makes no difference ?

What rate/ hour ? or flat rates are normal in NJ or NY for such

honestly, I would go to a financial advisor first, and then go to an attorney if needed. you should understand your financial options first before you lock yourselves into a contract. that said, the will comes first. make sure that happens. you can always amend the will later
