Besides our own in Prigs and Cope.....here are some players I expect to be extra nasty this year...

Eric Bledsoe

Terrence Jones

Kenneth Faried

Anthony Davis

Damian Lillard

Klay Thompson

De'Andre Jordan

Chandler Parsons

Andre Drummond

Harrison Barnes

Gerald Green

Jeff Green

Jae Crowder

All of these guys will make you talk about them at length this year....trust me on this. They are either as good or better than advertised

Deepest 2 teams in the NBA if healthy Celtics and Clippers. I totally forgot how deep the Clippers are, unreal.

Totally agree with the list, great young talent.

Bledsoe is very impressive, if he continues to develop and learns off Cp3/Billups, and utilizes his physical abilities with athleticism/speed/quickness/strength and improves his shot/ability to facilitate he can be the Monta Ellis with Cp3 skills. I would love the idea of teaming him up with Iman, he already has lockdown potential....

Would add Paul George to the list, as I think he will take Granger's role as the #1 G/F of the team.

As well as Kyle Lowry, Pekovic, and Jonas Valanciunas.

After that, I expect a solid year from Kaman, Omar Asik, and think Noah is going to be one of the top 5 Centers in entire league and a DPOY candidate.

Our division is going to the the toughest in the league.

Ernest Kanter and Derrick Favors are due to break out, and Millsap/Jefferson are going to be traded for the younger talent...

Denver and T-Wolves should be candidates has one of the deepest teams in the entire league.

and

to a lesser extent Philly, especially if Bynum can establish himself as the #2 best center in the entire league.
They are not depleted like many have thought, they have added many quality G/F's to replace AI/Lou Williams/Jodie Meeks, improving their 3point shots with 4 shooters on the court with Bynum.

They are going to be the Orlando, subsituting Dwight with Bynum for offense/defense.
Maalik Wayns has been very impressive that was not drafted and Royal Ivey are both solid PG's behind Holiday.
They have many PF/C with length, skills, and versatlity.

Artnett Moultrie is their project that I see as a blend of Chris Bosh/Aldridge/Amare/Perry Jones III with 3point range and guard skills and athleticism.
He can be used as Center, PF, SF, and will be a huge sleeper that will be one of the steals of the draft by year 3.

Good list. I was thinking before preseason started that Jeff Green will have a breakout year. Thought that he just needed to find a team which could make the most of his talents and I believe Boston with Doc Rivers help is it. Been a fan since his days at Georgetown.

Add Green coming back from his heart problem and I see someone who will work hard to make the most out of this opportunity.

i really like the list, the names that I put in bold really got my attention.. I like those guys a lot..

Terence Jones and Omer Asik will bust out this year. Watch Lin make these guys into all-stars.
RonRon @ 10/25/2012 1:04 PM
Sessions is one of these players that just cannot get respect in the league while he is part of these type of discussions every year since he has been in the league.
He has improved his 3point shot to his arsenal and will be a tough cover with Kemba Walker.

DJ Augistine has the chance to play PG with a legit roster and George Hill is suited better as a 6th man combo guard.

Terrence Jones and Anthony Davis were battling yesterday and Jones was winning parts of the War. The kid has an incredible awareness around the rim, no fear, very respectable jumper, and spontaneous athleticism/power you don't see until he unleashes it. Very nasty attitude.

Bleddie is a non-stop nightmare, if he cuts down his TOs, there's nothing you can do with him.

Asik is more mobile than I thought and he's not soft by any means.

smackeddog @ 10/25/2012 1:42 PM
I like Klay Thompson just because its nice to have a traditional SG in the league again who's not actually a combo guard or a scoring PG- feels like a real rarity these days

All the guys in bold are off to a very good start a couple others are lathering up. Prigs and Cope are busts at this point. I hope Woody figures out their value quickly otherwise we can't give Grunny any cred here.

CrushAlot @ 11/23/2012 11:04 PM
I think Woodson said cope, smith and another knick would be the biggest surprises this year.
