Nice going Mr D
Fields - 18 points on 8-11!! 10 rebounds and 4 steals
YET MANY on here felt brewer was an upgrade... rofl.....
I agree brewer sucks, but when will fields post another line like this? Fields sucked too but every dog has his day, and a broke clock is right twice a day.
fields did that a lot while with the knicks... go look at his game logs..
Never judge a guy on boxscore. Especially Fields. But yes he is better than Brewer. Not defenively. He also makes $6mil more per year
Harden 2-10 so far but is getting to the line. He is now 17-70 for his last 3 1/2 games.
Wow watching Tony Allen run around like a maniac and Paul George's defense on Gay gives you a totally true perspective on what it means to play defense.

I like the Rockets' players and approach to rebuilding but I think they overachieved earlier in the season. In the east, I think they'd be an above .500 team but in the west, I think they're gonna finish the season between .450 and .500.
Rockets starting to run. That is what they need. Do what you are good at.

Harden is doing what he is doing at 23yrs old. He is definitely a top 10 player in the league
Harden forcing a lot of shots.

I admire his ability to get to the line but he needs to finish better/take better shots/play better man D. He's good though and worth the money/trade.
Rockets finally win. Lin benched in the 4th.

That wasn't a pretty win!
Harden is the best in the league at getting to the line. That's where he does his damage. From the field, he is average.

Lin was benched at the start of the 2nd half against the Wolves and only got back into the game early because Patrick Beverly struggled with fouls. McHale is not happy with Lin's play.

I agree he is getting calls Durant and Lebron are getting. Actually he is at a better clip. Maybe it's an OKC thing. DO they practice how to get calls? Harden is now 20-80 FGs. That's pathetic but he got to the line against CHA.

It might be that Lin needed an understudy role and come off the bench to keep the ball in his hands. IDK.

I've wondered that too. He's getting calls but I wouldn't say that they are the wrong calls. I think being very fast and having good ball-handling are part of the picture but it's also a mystery as to how he draws contact so well.

He dribbles low and swings his arms arm to shoot...

I wouldn't say very fast but ok. I think it is his arms always being extended. That may end as refs get used to him. It might not but his FG probably go up as his FTs go down.

Coaching staff has very short fuse on Lin. I have a feeling they really did not want Lin. This staff is really weird. They also had problems with Dragic and Lowry. Lowry even went on record for his disdain with McHale. McHale and his staff is really bad. Morey really messed in not hiring MDA before the Lakers. Would have been good for Rockets and Lakers if MDA went to Rockets instead.
I thought it was funny that when NBA TV showed the top 5 scorers for each team, they felt like they had to put Lins stats up under the top.
Is it really that serious.
