demarcus cousins is so underrated. he's basically a taller zach randolph. huge talent, but terrible head.
the pistons are giving it to the celts right now. the pistons have a nice young front line.
That boy Harden with another beast of a game 20 points on 18 shots. He is so efficient and 7 assist and 2 rebs.

Nets could have selected him and Lillard...Think about that...They traded the Lillard pick for Gerald Wallace...
Demarcus Cousins is not a rookie. You mean Andre Drummond? The main problem with the wallace trade was it ended their chances of getting Dwight. 100% he would've landed in Brooklyn if the Nets held onto the 6th pick

Lol. Sounds you mad your boy Lin has been stinking up the place.
Jeremly Lin 5 points on 2-9 shooting with 10 assists Rockets lose...

No, They picked Favors ahead of Cousins..They should have started to rebuild when they knew they were headed to Brooklyn...A young team and cheap seats would sell in Brooklyn..Thy are trying to be the Knicks in Knickland..
I would of took Cousins over Favors in a heartbeat but dude is a ticking time bomb.

Some people on this board were saying Harden was better than Melo after Hardens first 2 monster games in Houston this season lol

Yea, yet another awful game from Lin tonight. Being exposed as an overrated player. Pretty sure that Houston would have rather went with a backcout of Goran Dragic and James Harden when compared to featuring Lin. Dragic is currently averaging 16.3 points, 7.3 assists along with 2.0 steals per game. Also has a FG% of .474. Lin has averaged 9.3 points, 7 assistsm 2.2 steals with a shooting percentage of only .343%. I don't believe this is a fluke either, Goran has made a name for himself as an up and coming PG. Lin? Only a sample size during Linsanity. Which lasted only 26 games. Now? We're all seeing the other side of Lin. The Lin who lacks experience. The Lin who's looking like a flash in the pan and/or one hit wonder. Linsanity will never be such. That's something that only happenes in New York City.
Hopefully soon, most of these die hard Lin supporters of the offseason will start to understand that we're much better off with a veteran in Felton running our team. A more much prodcutive Felton for more than half the contract of Lin. We're a win now type of team. Lin and his growing pains doesn't belong here. You can't put too much stock into a +/- differential, but when Lin only scores 5 points off 2/9 shooting it's no shocker on why his +/- differential was -20 tonight. He's killing/hurting his team with this type of shooting he's shown. 10 assists or not, if Melo or J.R Smith were to go 2/9 (on a nighly basis) with only 5 points? Theese same Lin supporters would attack their game(s) 24/7.

Mad no but I do feel sorry for the guy. Please do not bring up the money he makes. I am a Lin fan wanted him to stay but was not upset when he left. Also, what does a Harden stat post have to do with Lin?

They were saying that before the two games. Some say he didn't benefit from playing with Durant and Westbrook. People say a lot of things.

Seems that way to me too- no back to backs, Toronto, Orlando Twice, Cleveland, Sacramento. Combined record of the teams they've played so is: W-29 L-41, where as ours is: W-43 L-28 (including 2 back to backs- would have been 3 if the home opener wasn't postponed!)
Guess the nba wanted them to get off to a good start and us to get off to a bad one for drama purposes.
Still they've got games vs Lakers, Clippers and us coming up- that should give a better idea of where they're at.

to be honest the nets barely get past weaker teams so i dont think they will do well against good teams they're arent deep enough

Did you watch the game? I did. Watched the Laker telecast. Lin basically could get to the rim at will even with Dwight in the middle. He should have had 20 assists in that game. Asik missed about 4-5 layups from Lin passes. Patterson missed about 2-3 open mid range shots. Morris missed a couple of open shots. Lin setup Harden a couple of times for layups and was whacked so he goes to the line. Parsons missed open 3 point shots. Also, Sampson had Lin doubling down on Gasol and Dwight which opened shots for the guard who was on Lin. This took Lin out of rebounding position. The Laker announcers mentioned that they were having trouble getting Lin out of the lane. In the 4th quarter, Kobe switched to cover Lin instead of Harden. Lin still could not hit a perimeter shot but everything else about his game was great. The Laker announcers even mentioned that it was better for the Lakers when Harden ran the point and was just jacking up shots. They said Houston offense looked much better with Lin, and it did. Artest even went old school on Lin and smacked him in the face. Kobe got pissed at Lin and gave him the death stare which the announcers said Lin just got the famous death stare. There was one play that Lin leads Morris for a Fields type dunk in transition and Morris just stopped running. The announcers mentioned Morris giving up on the play.
The +/- differential is skewed in this game. Everybody had a bad +/- numbers for the Rockets.
I can say the same thing about alot of PGs. Look no further than the Bucks.
Stop making excuses for Lin.
Linsanity was about getting baskets and the win. 5 points is terrible.

Not making excuses. I am stating what I saw and facts in regards with his assists numbers last game.

on another site, I had the nerve to say he was more talented than Blake griffin.. or more skilled... boy did those guys go nuts... a year later, I read comments on how skilled he was and how blake was nothing but a dunker.. go figure.. LOL
I am not a fan of cousin and his antics, but he is a very skilled big man, has a lot of big man skills.. he does need to defend better tho..

yea, I don't think most are watching the games.. I think lin, once he starts knocking down shots will be fine, he is getting in the lane a lot, and is making all of the right passes... when you look at his stats, other than a poor shooting % 10/7/4 is not bad at all.. I keep hearing they wish they had kept dragic.. well lets look at dragic numbers while in houston.. 11/5/2 boards... the only area he was superior in was shooting % at 46%.. again, not sure what people are looking at, but so far lin is a better passer, rebounder and equal scorer when dragic was here.. now of course with the suns, dragic is getting to shoot more.... The lin hate continues, and it is sad because he is really a good guy, and the rockets backcourt is set for years...
