Amazing Lakers v Rockets game. So much action and drama. Lakers really closing out strong in OT. Their defense has been really tough. The perimeter defenders have gotten better at getting up into their man and driving their man towards Howard.

MDA out-coached McHale badly. Rockets should have won this in regulation.
LAKERS WIN AND TAKE THE 7 SPOT!!!Man that was a clutch performance to battle for the 7th spot and get away from OKC! They at least have a punchers chance against the Spurs. They had NO CHANCE against OKC.

What did McHale do wrong. Harden just missed so many open shots off the PnR. Sad.

Yeah it was really a sloppy game by the Rockets. Truth be told people don't realize that the Lakers have gotten their defense together lately. They aren't a good defensive team, but they have their moments where they can really plays some good D. Blake, Meeks and D. Morris actually did OK for the most part. They're gonna have a chance to be competitive against the Spurs. SA will let teams get a game now and then. They aren't always going hard in every game.
The rockets need to step up their D. Harden D has been awful by most people's accounts all year. Oh well. OKC vs. HOuston. How many FTs can Durant and Harden take in one series?

Substitution patterns. Lin was going well and offense was fluid. He takes him out with 5 min I think to go in 3rd and does not bring him back until 6 min left in 4th. They lost 10 pt lead and let Harden just go full iso.

Knicks have more pressure not because of age but because of their seeding and the fact that this is a win now team. There is also the drama that has been happening the past decade.
Those young knick influenced western teams will not have as much pressure as the Knicks. Rockets are a young team and not expected to win in OKC. GSW is another young team with a first year coach and anything they get this year is considered foundation. Knuggets is another young team that does not carry much pressure since this is the culture in Denver.
