I gotta say, the 1st game was the easiest choice regarding who to root for. Rooting for the Nuggets also wasn't a tough choice, but now I really don't know which way to swing.
In a way I dislike both teams, but while I fear the Bulls I think they could give Miami a tough series and bruise them up a bit before a potential ECF showing, the Nets on the other hand I've no fear of and would be very confident about our chances against them, but they'd also most likely get swept by the Heat just like the Bucks.

Yeah I don't like either team. I have hated the nets since Kidd, Kmart and Jefferson were on that team. Also, isn't Twin on the celtics. It would be cool to see Kidd, Kmart and Collins all on the floor at the same time.

Terrible game so far for the Bulls. They are extremely challenged to score right now and it isn't really the Nets' defense, but their lack of ball movement and accuracy. If this is a trend, they are in SERIOUS trouble.

Derrick Rose really tried to troll his team all regular season by not coming back but since that didn't work he decides to troll them during the playoffs by not returning. Well he may finally get the results he's looking for, he and his wickity wack brother.
He didn't even try to come back and play a real game even 10-15min, although he's been cleared by doctors and Thibs said he looks good.
I think the real reason he didn't come back is for 2 reasons....
1. He's scared to injure his knee again
2. He's having a hard time realizing he may have to change his game... still wants to tumble and sommersault down the lane then torque/catapult off the court into the air. Guys who are athletically gifted have a hard time playing this game when that part of their game is taken from them. Big up to BustBrick knowing how to mix them together fairly decent although he could tone it down a little more. If I were Rose's teammate, I'd be pretty disappointed in him probably wouldn't talk to him at all. Brooklyn probably takes this series fairly easy as the Bulls look like a deflated team and D-Will is playing like a Top 5 player right now.

Smackeddog made a great point regarding Rose. He said that the Bulls want the insurance money to pay for his contract this year and I believe he said it would cost them 6 mil if he played in the playoffs. Bulls have to respect and coddle rose. He is too big a talent to let walk and is not a coach killer.

I thought Denver played well today and were the better defensive team. Bogut saved GS or the game would have looked worse.
Curry had the typical 1st time jitters. Pressed the issue to much. GS needs to adjust to Denver over loading to defend Curry.

Curry's 'floater' was pretty ineffective today. If it was Felton maybe you say he is going for a hockey assist. Warriors got good news about dlee. Hopefully he isn't hurt and this is a competitive series. I would love to see MJax advance.

Naaaahh not buying it. Because the Bulls stand a chance to make that if not more each playoff series they advance. He also made a statement like...."Only God knows when he'll play again"<-------What kind of statement is that? I mean I get he's relying on a higher power to get him through this tough time but to publicly make this statement shows more of an internal struggle with himself and the injury not anything financially motivated. And when it comes to coddling it's what his life has been, coddled by his Mom first and foremost along with the rest of the fam. That's why his brother opened his big mouth earlier in the season. Who is he to be speaking on what the Bulls should do roster wise when his brother hadn't played and stood a chance not to play the whole season. I think he along with the fam was probably taken a back the team went almost 2 full seasons without him and maintained a winning record.

Deron Williams with healthy (or healthier at least) ankles is VERY good. I think the Nets are much better than the Pacers right now.

Has anyone ever thought that Rose doesn't want to play in his hometown anymore ?

Has anyone ever thought that Rose doesn't want to play in his hometown anymore ?
MOst insurance can pay up to 80% of a salary if a player sits 1 year.
He is a 100million dollor investment. They made the playoffs and perhaps he can advance them one more round if he was in great shape.
Use his return to sell season tix for next year. Bulls do very well at the gate.
there was little incentive for them to play him this year. their bench is crap and they still made playoffs. If Noah really can't go, then what is their upside?
Or, if you can't explain it there must be a sinister plot.
