Denver/Knicks final if Gallo was healthy would have been fun. Especially around these threads!

Maybe more credit to GSW and Bogut should be given than the failing of Denver.

Only, because the spotlight is dimmer in Houston. Yao or T-Mac didn't seem to be fazed by it, and even though they made some playoff pushes and fell short, it was never perceived as a collossal disappointment like it would be in NY or LA.

In LA, you'd be forever be sized up against Wilt, Kareem, Shaq etc. 1 ring wouldn't be enough either.

Houston, if you make a nice playoff push, it's okay as long as you're competitive.

Dwight on Houston if the Robinson kid developes at the PF, resign Parsons (if they can after dwight) would be a young team ready to compete NOW!

Not sure if they can keep Asik, or even should.

Dwight has to deal with Capspace-Pau-Metta-Kobe-MDA "drama's" vs a young up and coming team with assets!

Of course, sitting in malibu after games don't suck either!

ON the other hand, why would Houstan or any team invest 100mm in a man who won't publically recognize his children?

From a basketball standpoint he is compelling. As the fact of a franchise he is not exactly a good image. Morally inconsistant and openly immature.

Any team that signs him will overpay big time. Then if you want to trade him you have to find teams to take on his bloated contract,and give up pieces. That may not be doable.

I think plenty of teams one piece away would trade for him. I think he could put any of the top 8 teams from being contenders to frontrunners.
