More importantly, what does that say about the efficiency god? That he can get you to the Finals with Westbrook and Harden, but not without them?

melo and smith hurt the knicks by being inefficient.

Every time I see Martin shoot I wonder how he ever made it to the NBA. He is a good player but he was acquired in the Harden deal because his contract is up after this year.

It might be a low morale day here but this just made me chuckle.

Sorry but when I see that he is 'exploring his long standing desire to add a defensive assistant' in print I find it funny knowing his history. When the next sentence has Alvin Gentry as the top guy to be added I think it is a golden moment in journalism.
