What he failed to acknowledge is Mike Woodson's ability as communicator. Older guys aren't playing major minutes, but play in spurts whenever their skill set is needed from game to game.

I like Chuck for entertainment purposes (for 29/30 teams in the league), but I had to stop watching the clip when he kept saying we should have matched Lin, then amnestied him if he didn't pan out.

He also said Shumpert is an offensive player who doesn't play defense and because of it the Knicks chemistry will suffer when he returns

Yeah, Barkly makes a lot of sense when it comes to many things and I agree with him on many things. However; it seems like he shoves his own head up his own arse as soon as people start talking about the Knicks. It's very bizarre. I understand he's mad at how the Knicks treated Ewing, but still. He doesn't know the whole story. Nobody does besides Ewing and the Knicks.

he wasn't speculating, he was HATING. Its nothing new and he has gone on record during TNT telecasts saying, he hates the Knicks. He will never give us a fair shake until he stops being but hurt by history. Been hating ever since the Knicks brought the brooms out to celebrate their sweep.

Aren't we all a bit suprosed over the knicks start?

I mean most thought we'd be good, and most have them at 48-55 wins so its not shocking.

I think Charles and other "Haters" have had good reason to question the team.

The only way to disprove it is to actually do something. They are.

But there is still a long way to go. Im not sure we can extropolate the start to the rest of the season.

And if Im wrong, Its not because of a post in a thread, its because they actually did it!!!

I have a problem when people lump Barkley in with other basketball expects when talking about the media's perception of the Knicks

Barkley should only be discussed as its own entity. He knows basketball but his knowledge of what is happening in the nba is about as good as a fisherman's in finland
