I used to try to get them for my kids but they were not into them. I had them as a kid! Clyde was my hero and he was the first with a signiture shoe! Im trying to figure out how a 50 year old white man can wear them and look cool. I can't see them on me.

No cow-print, no sale.

Can't believe I used to actually play in those things! Amazing what you could get away with when your ankles are in high school.
Had the white with the black stripe, all suede.

I destroyed my ankle at age 15 paying in Suede Converse. I mean torn ligaments and all. Don't know if any sneaker could have helped but they, along with Clyde's today were be considered "leisure" type shoe.

Had a dark green pair of Clydes back in the day. Hard to find it in that color, not to mention my size.
Nalod @ 12/17/2012 11:48 AM

I had them in Blue with white, Red with wite, but my favorites were gold with white!

They got Golf Clydes now???

They got different colors, but this one is crazy!

I would take up golf again just to wear them!

Come to think of it, Clyde was a big proponent of heavily taped ankles.
Looks like he played in them, though:
