One thing I would say about the Knicks scouts. They have essentially circumvented the draft witht their euro scouting pick ups. They had no assets left and brought in Prigs, Cope and White.
Right, so after one loss:
Felton's a bum
Novak's a bum
Brewer's a bum
Ignore the fact that Felton's playing with 2 busted hands, that Brewers knee is obviously playing up, and the fact that Novak was ill last game. Erase from your minds everything that they have done for us- what have they done for us lately, right?
I hate coming on these boards after a loss- there's no sense of perspective. We're 19-7 and 2nd in the East for f***s sake, we wouldn't have that record if those 3 players were bum's.

I don't remember if I was here for Jackie Butler but I do remember some writer at ESPN going off on us and talking about the Spurs signing Butler as one of the biggest free agent signings of the offseason that year.
Oh, and I loved Lavor Postell and especially Frank Williams; I thought those two guys were going to be the future of the team.

is better than Novak...If Novak isn't drilling threes, he is totally useless, ZERO defense, ZERO rebounds...I have been saying this for two years now...I'm not hiding from any comments I have made in the past...But it's not about Copeland, it's the total lack of production for 31 mins, zero pts and three rebs...A potted plant can give us the same thing if places correctly under the basket...
I guarantee you , you will never hear Mike Breen talking down about Novak's zero production in games, but he's so critical of others concerning their productivity during the game.
Are you conspiring that Breen is racist? I think its because Novak rarely forces shots and in reality he really doesn't shoot much. Especially when the defender plays up on him

no you are right. He never brought up the 3 times Cunningham beat him. Breen clearly doesn't know as much basketball as Clyde

Excuse me he knows enough to be on National televised games, the dude has an agenda(on some new stuff) when it comes to the knicks players on MSG. I watched him call knicks game with a national tv audience and he wasn't as negative.

Wow, do I need to watch Novack get abused by Cunningham for 4pts??? You can say I'm overrating Copeland, but these aren't crazy scoring out burst i'm saying he could match out of Novack.
0pts, 4pts, guy needs wide open jumpshots to be a factor??? I think if this played Copeland and traded Novack for a Jordan Hill/Anthony Morrow type contract, knicks would be better off with that combination.

Butler was supposed to be a huge loss. And the fact that he went to the brilliant spurs was a coronation for his ability to be a player.
Hopefully they can move Copeland to starting SF soon.
