Knicks · So What is going on with Rasheed? (page 1)

Is he ever coming back or is this Baron Davis all over again? Waiting for an another old often injured player to lead us to the promise land in the playoffs. Season resumes on Wednesday and Rasheed still hasn't gotten on the practice floor. Will he practice Tuesday and be ready to go Wednesday? Or is he still a week away with a "Sore Foot/Stress "Reaction" ????

I honestly dont see him coming back until the playoffs, which is really the only reason why he is here.
gunsnewing @ 2/17/2013 3:02 PM
Cool, he can ride in on his white horse and save our season
knickscity @ 2/17/2013 3:29 PM
Now what is going on with Cmaby is the real elephant in the room, he was expected to be a major part of our defense and rebounding.
gunsnewing @ 2/17/2013 3:41 PM
Yea but we know he has plantar Fascitis which sidelines you for a long time. He should be ready by late March/April

but Sheed is going on 3months of week to week with a "sore foot/stress "reaction"

knickscity @ 2/17/2013 3:42 PM
More like three years if reports are true.

i dont expect much from Camby. I guess i figured this Knicks tenure might be different since he was going to play limited minutes but his injury history and age wont make him that helpful to us. Im sure next year will be more of the same

So fans want the older players rushed back

Truthfully most of the team is old

I'm not convinced sheed or camby are going to save our defense. Sheed gave us a lift offensively, but he was often out of place and foul prone on the other end. Still, I like the size and his versatility offensively if he can get healthy.
