Really makes you wish that the knicks organization is owned by sicko's.

Great / Sad article shows how a team should act from its owner to the coaches to the team leaders.

I think it all starts with Duncan and works its way up. Winning with a star like Duncan makes everyone humbled. He sets a stellar example.

And, Stephen Jackson, I never liked him and thought he was a goon but I feel for this guy and his wife and the pain that they are enduring. But, how Duncan treats him can and probably will change his life.

San Antonio is the first team that comes to mind as a "Classy Organization". Very sorry to hear about Jackson and his wife's miscariage. Would never wish that on anyone, especially so far along in the pregnancy.

And this would have been his first child.

You can call it a classy organization but all it is is an organization that is led by Men, that is, Leaders,

Leaders set the vision and they draw all the centrifugal personalities below them together so that they will work toward the same goal,

it starts with the owner of the team, his attitude towards his team and how he behaves, what his priorities are,

then each rung below the owner executes the vision and passes it to the level below,

ultimately, it comes down to the coach and best player, this is the vision of the Leader manifested on the hardwoods,

what we have before us is a corrupt franchise, from the owner to the best player, the vision is all wrong and even if there were a worthwhile vision we would not have anyone to carry it out,

no leadership on the court, in the form of carmelo, because he has failed to lead the team,

and no leadership from the owner, james dolan, who is impulsive and has ADHD, he can't sit still long enough to build a perennial contender, instead opting for the fool's gold,

well, that will work for a while, but ultimately it is the fastest way to an ugly legacy and many broken hearts along the way,

it doesn't have to be like that, james dolan needs to wake up.
