Unless of course Melo is involved in that case he should take the daily abuse from friggin bums who shouldn't even be in the NBA (yes Im talking about Spencer Hawes)because when you respond in Oakley like fashion by smacking him in his big lopsided head & show some emotion before leading your team to victory you STILL will get castigated by the media. So basically if you SMILE they dont like you & if you stand up for yourself they aint gonna like you so eff them & just go ahead & be The Bad Guy!!!

He would not smack a guy in the back of the head.

Your'e kidding right??? Every single rebound Oak grabbed included a smack to the head, it's part of what made him such a fierce rebounder in traffic, nobody wanted to get hit.
