You dont gotta believe

Nope.
The Mission is not accomplished nor are there any such people as "homers."
You either have faith and celebrate bright moments, or you are miserable.
It ain't that deep

No...That's letting the Sombers off lightly..We had to endure the 10,000 Lin threads...

Homers are celebrating already?
Enjoy.

Only because people refuse to except reality. If everyone took off the orange and blue colored glasses and admitted that the knicks made a huge mistake the Lin threads would end for the most part. I guess they have ended since the season has wound down and it has become clear that Lin is a good player we lost for nothing and replaced him with a SG in a PGS BODY
Also keep in mind Holy before lumping every fan together Lin fans are not practicularly Woodson haters or Knuggets lovers
PS this thread is about Mike Woodson
gunsnewing - how can 50 wins, and 12 consecutive, be a mistake?

I was refering to Lin since the post complaining about too many Lin threads(eventhough there hasnt been any in over a month despite Lin out playing Felton) was brought up as if woodson haters(if there are any left) knugget and lin fans were all the same
Correction gunsnewing
There is a Lin on 60 Minutes thread, started yesterday
Jeremy Lin is forever

^This I definitely agree with

Every win is a celebration. When was the last time Knicks fans got to celebrate over 50 times in a season, let alone 12 celebrations in a row?
Bring on the playoffs! Homers unite!
Break out the orange and blue Pom poms
If you cannot get excited about things in the Wonderful World of Knicks basketball today, your only hope is to quit watching immediately, and switch to something else that makes you consistently satisfied.
There is a great Shaolin Temple down the street
To some the grass will always be greener elsewhere. Whether it's women, jobs, starting point guards or Head Coaches. smh. I guess it's just a fact of life. The way this guy has managed to win with a mash unit for most of the year under the bright lights of NYC is a feat of it's own. He's done a great job and I also love the Mike Woodson Show by the way.

tj23 - "(Woodson) hasn't instilled the right fundamentals or enough discipline"
We had enough discipline and fundamentals on Sunday tj23. Any coach who can harness The wild man of Freehold, Earl Smith, deserves the Congressional Medal of Honor.
They still have unnecessary mistakes but ill give you J.R. We're hot at the right time and JR is having his best pro season which I attribute all to Woody. I think these guys have a good relationship with M-Dub but he also gets a bit soft with them at times. The miraculous thing is how good we've been offensively. MDA didn't even put together as good of an offense despite his reputation. Woodson's D still has flaws but I like the effort. They know its the home stretch.
Woodsons defensive system works with a guy who is able to guard multiple positions like Kmart. Not so much with Tyson. We saw the same defense we saw for 3months yesterday. Gave up 120pts. Trading baskets again. With that said it was thw Thunder. Lets see how the defense looks without Kmart vs the Bullets

There is a huge difference between celebration and self-congratulation

How do you know he had a good relationship with players on the Knicks?

That would be too boring.
How about a "Why inefficient, high volume scoring is the scourge of modern physical exercise, complete with Strat0metrics" thread for all the Sombers?
Those always make me smile.

Why thank you, Father Centrist, I think I will. Actually, I've been celebrating since 8-1, thanks.
How many games are left now for us "Go Knicks" goobers to enjoy, by the way?

Yep and the team has been winning since he left also.
