We can find younger better players with upside, probably for cheaper this summer. Just because the organization says they may be interested in him doesn't mean we have to sheep and back it.

We could sign West for the minimum for the rest of this season. No reason to give him more than that.

Look at those #s. PER is not the best stat but it's the best available one for looking at opponent's production.
White's PER is 8.2 and his opponent's is 21.1. His on/off differential is -16.2 per 48 min.
WS and WP are bad too.

Really, there are no wrong answers except for Kidd. Wouldn't make sense to cut him since there still another 2 years left on his deal and he'd still count against the cap.

Why is cutting white so difficult? Rasheed gives us more in street cloths in terms of leadership than White gives us on the court

D West will not make any difference, it's the way the Knicks play that is the problem. Chandler is no good offensively unless it's pick and rolls or putbacks so defenses get to cheat. Novak can only shoot 3's, no post up game, nothing going to the rim. J Kidd rarely goes to the rim. Shump seems to be coming out of the fog but still isn't a big offensive threat. I re-watch the game from Thursday, Knicks offense is too simple and without a lot of motion, teams know the Knicks will eventually go to the 3 ball just enough to shoot themselves out of the game.
D. Will or C. Paul would have trouble running this team if the offense does not change.....3 to 4 guys near or outside of the 3 point line most possessions just doesn't cut it.

I would only take Delonte if we're going to the playoffs against the heat's lebron. Nothing hurts more than seeing the guy that 'allegedly' screwed your mom.
