That was the case in the third quarter, when the Knicks outscored the Celtics, 32 to 11. Felton blew by three different Celtics - Paul Pierce, Jason Terry and Jordan Crawford -- in pick-and-rolls. On one hard drive, he turned around mid-air to pass the ball back to Carmelo Anthony, who sunk a jump shot.

New York is mclovin the way the thin man is playing. When Felton is aggressive, the Knicks are nearly impossible to defend with its multiple options. If Tyson Chandler has any type of touch on his close range shot, the pick and roll is crazy good.

He is great when all he has to worry about is getting to the basket not orchestrating the offense. With that said that was a SICKKKK pass to the cutting Melo

Felton was great last night. He and JR combined to shoot 50%. Going to be hard to beat the Knicks if those guys are that efficient
Felton was a great counter puncher last night. Boston sometimes would hit a tough shot and Felton would take it to the rim and finish one of his own. made it tough for Boston to get anything going. Last saturday Felton was having trouble getting to the rim, not this time. Great adjustment.

Saturday the weak side came over to help and Ray would bail, which is ok. Usually it was Garnett. With him in foul trouble early last nite, they did not have the lenght and quickness he brings to close down a penetrating Felton.
Boston knows its toast. Pierce is cooked. Time to hang his jersey from the rafters. Ray Allen knows what he was doing.
Yea telling sign that pierce s cooked is when he fell trying to guard jie johnson and someone else. When they broke his ankles
Hes very powerful yet has sneaky athleticism and speed that goes with it.

He was out of shape again after sitting out a month with the the finger and hand injuries but now he is as well conditioned as ever
It's funny because you look at him and you expect him to have Mark Jackson speed and quickness yet he takes it to the hole fast as hell and is crafty laying it up over big men. When the man takes his conditioning serious, he's a terrific athlete.

He DOES take the game personally. He was absolutely crushed by the trade from NY. He probably lapsed into a form of depression in Portland and substituted food as his comfort, as many, many people do.
Now that the playoffs are here and he senses the intensity, he responds with passion. His facial expression is one of determination. Felton, in fact, finished the game with seven boards, second-most on the team.
A. Dean Smith taught him well.
He had some great passes that lead to nothing in the 1st half. Tyson had a few bunnies and just missed them. Felton gets a bad rap for not "orchestrating" the offense.

missed last night's game but got the Rewind on DVR.... I haven't seen Determined Felton since first month of season and before that the Felton/Amare in 2010. Good to have him back.
Good things happen when Ray gets to the rim.

The scouting reports on Felton when he was drafted stated that he could thrive in sixth gear but they weren't sure what he could do in 3rd or 4th

Kerr was spot on in the broadcast last night - the Celtics were boxing Melo off so he couldn't attack so Woody made the adjustment of having Fleton attack on the opposite side in the 2nd

I think that since it's the playoffs his great performance is magnified, but I think he's played like this most of the season. After he banged up his hand he was pretty bad, but I'd say for the vast majority of the season he's been pretty good. He may be our best contract (excluding JR).
