Also, why do Melo and Chan need to defend KG. Chandler cant handle KG in single coverage?

No this is a HUGE matter for the coach. From the very beginning you could see that Doc came up with a defense to slow us down and now they've really fixed how they want to defend Melo. They are crowding the space around him so that he can't just drive around Bass. Bass is doing a great job of taking away space from Melo and with other Celtic defenders almost playing a zone they're inching closer to Melo on his ISO's and that means all that is left for Melo are contested jumpers.
It's up to Woody to come up with changes to the plays to combat what Boston is doing. That's what film sessions are for and for some reason we just get more ISO and no real changes in the way we attack. This is looking like last year all over again. He's got to do something to shake things up a little and open the floor back up.
Was Doc Rivers exposed in game 3 when he played 9 guys and they played no defense?
One game doesn't define a coach in a 7 game series, I'm not a some fly by night basketball fan who doesn't understand playoff basketball.
