I think it is somewhere in the middle. The guy had an incredible season and became more reliable and responsible as a player. That doesn't mean that he has totally changed. He has more success and fame then he ever has before including a new endorsement deal. He is not handling it well but on the whole he has evolved. Lets hope this is a hiccup on his road to maturity. Most guys still are making mistakes at 27 just less then when they were 25.

I watched the game and like I said before the Pacers are big and on offense they have 4 bigs rebounding. They also play dirty b ball. The Knicks have thier job cut out for them. We will need Amare. The problem with Chandler is he can't shoot. In order to beat the Pacers our 3s must be falling.

Well actually I have been to a few places where these guys show up ...They are usually just there to check out the scene...The Clubs where these guys really let's it loose you can't get into to...But if it suits your narrative, run with it...I doubt any of those guys go to 40/40 to drink...It's a closet...

I haven't seen JR but I have seen other guys show up and drink nothing ..It's not a given that these guys consume when they go out..I used to run into Jeter all the time ..Sometimes he drank and other times he didn't ...

Yeah, who gives a shit if JR said that he partied too much last year the night before games and that it definitely affected his play in a negative manner. And who cares if he was seen partying the night before Game 5 against Boston when he shot 3-14? It's not like some fans have been talking about "Father figure" Woodson's effect on JR and how he's helped JR to mature.

The sun will be up soon and there are things to do, but first he will do the only thing left, breath a sigh of releif the young man is safe one more nite and check in on the young man.
He goes to young JR's room. He sees Melo is not home and likley lowering his cholesteral with a late nite snack. Jr is fast asleep. Woodson tucks in the young man and tilts his head to the side. Nobody chokes on their own vomit while woodsons on the clock! Nobody!
