Camby has plantar fasciitis. But what it means? I guess it means that if it came down to playing an injured player or Earl Barron, they'd rather play the injured guy.

I'm sure Camby can still play....just not sure why he hasn't played. He's been given plenty of rest all season.

I got LAMBASTED for starting a thread on this yesterday. I have been asking for it. His outside shooting would draw Hibbert away from the rim and would be a pic-n-roll monster imo.

Baron is practice fodder from what I can tell.

Right. It means Camby can play, maybe just not major minutes. I think the issue is Woodson has narrowed his rotation.
I thought The Barron tweaked his groin in the last regular season game.

From what I've seen there are reports thats hes injured but nothing official. It doesnt help that none of the people at the post game conferences will ask Woodson about him either.

There may be something to that. For example, the Knicks may want to resign Copeland. Well, if he goes off and has a great postseason, the price goes up considerably.
Because this is the playoffs and nobody cares about what's at the end of the bench unless those playing get thirsty?
Meh. It means that Camby can technically play, but he's hobbled with horrible pain with every step. Makes him not very effective - he's probably more out of sync than Amare.

Seriously? If he is the savior for this team we are really in trouble if we survive past game 6.
I wouldn't mind giving him a few minutes to see what happens. He's big, has a very consistent shot, and rebounded well last time he was here. Of course the question is, why doesn't he get minutes on another team? He's got some big holes in his game.
i remember earl had a barronsanity stretch at the end of season a few years ago, then we did not keep him,
he dropped something like 11/11 for a month
