I think these guys would suit us perfectly, and we can realistically get, arent going to cost a great deal of money
Andray blatche ---solid big, can play 4/5, definite headcase...see mike woodson
Mike Dunleavy--- great shooter slasher, knick killer
Devin Harris--- didnt watch him play much this season, young pg with experience
CJ watson--- dude can ball, shot bkn back into alot of games
jose Calderon--- pass first pg, with great scoring ability
Dahntay Jones--- great defender, someone to guard opposing teams best player and just be annoying (ask kobe or melo)
corey brewer--- really carried nuggets at some points of the season, under the radar guy
carl landry--- undersized pf that is a scoring machine
Matt barnes--- one of the best players off the bench, does alot of the little things right
Chauncey billups---- (very sour when we amnestied him, think we burned this bridge
antawn jamison--- another solid vet , can help spread the floor
andrei kirilenko--- was playing amazing basketball prior to his injury this yr, would be a great 3 to put beside melo
Dorell wright--- great shooter, big sg/sf,
Jermaine o'neal--- injury prone but played very solid on the suns
Dejuan blair--- will probably want money, but use mmle and promise him BIG mins
Leandro barbosa--- got injured solid guy off the bench, runs the floor with the best of them
On that list I would target Blatche, Barnes, AK47 and CJ Watson. Assuming they are ok with signing the vet min. That is the only thing we can offer to them.

Good calls on both Blatche and Harris, they'd fit several of the Knicks needs.

Devin Harris is older than Raymond Felton.
I wouldnt mind him but some of those guys are going to get more than the minimum. I would spend the MLE on any of them except Blair.

That would be interesting. I wouldn't mind Martin at all. Do you let JR Smith go in that case?
I don't think we can afford to let any talented players go since we have so few assets. If JR's head is in the wrong place in the playoffs, you could give Martin more minutes though.

It's probably just ridiculous speculation but the article said "if Oklahoma City chooses to let Martin go, he might be willing to sign on with a contender for the taxpayer mid-level exception. New York can offer that."
I assume we can't afford him.
If somehow some team dumb enough to outbid the Knicks for JR, here's some potential replacements:

Randy Foye
Martell Webster
I think all of those players could easily replace JR Smith, and definitely provide less headaches on and off the court.

Kevin Martin I called the pursuit of him yrs ago that ship has come and sailed he wants to return to OKC and they'd like to have him back. Teague please....he's a RFA.... Hawks match any reasonable offer we could make to him.
