for lactose intolerant people, there is an otc supplement that you can take and then you can drink a gallon of milk a day and get swole and hyooj
dude, take it easy on the dairy products.

Yeah, seriously. More and more diets are anti-dairy now. It's just intended for newborn and very young offspring.

A gallon of whole milk? You're going to have enough fat coursing through your squatting veins to plug up your aorta. In one heartbeat.

Sounds like you are doing the starting strength program. With that said, the program is great for building strength but the diet for is awful. If you drink a gallon of milk you will be farting up a storm and squirting $hit out your a$$. The diet also makes you fat. Sure you will get stronger but you will also get man boobs. I doubt that the physique you are going for. If not, stick to a traditional 40 40 20 diet. BTW, I am speaking from my experience.

starting strength is 3x5,
i did that in 2011/2012 and with a gallon of milk a day for a while, great results,
yea you get fat but you also build a good amount of muscle,
fat is easy to lose when you hit it with a strict paleo diet; i lost 25 pounds over april and may this year;
now i am doing 20 rep squats and milk and again with a gallon of milk,
works great, it's cheap, it's easy, and it gets results;
it's needlessly difficult to gain muscle without gaining fat, much easier to gain fat and muscle then just shake the fat off,

I'm more of a lift heavy/paleo/intermittent fasting type of guy, but hey if it works for you stick with it. Good luck bro!

different approaches for different goals at different times,
paleo and loosey goosey lifting heavy when you want to shed the fat,
gallons of milk and regimented squat workouts when you want to pack on slabs of muscle asap,
if/paleo (skipping breakfast and lunch) is how i lost the 25 so quickly,
haven't gained a fucking pound all week, i gotta up my food intake
