What is the deal with sign and trade..I thought with the new CBA that teams can no longer sign and trade...But everywhere I read, everyone is talking about sign and trade deals with all available free agents!!??!!??
right now the Knicks can S&T their own players. They also can S&T for other players but only if the salary coming back is under the tax apron. Teams are not allowed to go over the Apron anymore.
