If they let Tyson go they better keep K-mart or get some major pkg. K-mart is not capable of playing big minutes.
Shouldn't be for more than the minimum, and hopefully Martin comes back for that too. If you get Brand and Martin on the minimum and Smith for his early bird, you can Jettison Cope and Prigs and use the MLE on a better backup PG.

Didn't we just recently do that with CJ Leslie, AJ Matthews, and Jerome Jordan? The only OLD guys we have left on the team are Prigs and KMart, neither of which actually have a contract at the moment (otherwise, is Tyson our oldest?).

yeah but the plan is now a 2 yr plan, not 3..im almost certain who ever they sign it's going to be a 2 yr contract with a team 3rd

KMart was never part of that imo. The only reason Q was added was because they didn't get the deal done on time. Because they got it done a day late it effected the salaries and Q had to be thrown in to make it work. KMart unlike Q and Camby proved his value. Why would they move him when they need him back badly.

KMart CAN NOT do the same things Brand can. He can shoot, is a far better rebounder, a better shot blocker, a superior player all around. All KMart give you is defense and an occasional dunk. Brand brings much, much more to the table. Considering our injury history, you can't have too many bigs. Heck on a healthy team you can't have to many bigs.

Yes. He's 6'9 but has the wingspan of an eagle(7'5), thus why he's averaged around 2 blocks for his career.
